INSTRUCTIONS for OPIOID CALCULATOR

Steps:

1. Enter current medications in the upper portion of the calculator one at a time(you can not enter more than five medications).

2. For each medication and delivery route you choose, enter dosage and dosage inteval followed by "submit".

3. Entries will appear under "Current Medications".

4. Press "+" button followed by "submit" to convert total current medications to parenteral morphine (mg equivalents), given every 3 hours.

5. Convert from parenteral morphine equivalents by choosing another drug and/or delivery route in the lower portion, followed by "submit".

6. You can clear everything on the calculator by pressing "C" followed by "submit".
